I would rent the property again.

Very clean and plenty of supplies for a crowd. A work team building trip. Hoping to book next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We loved all of the amenities- game rooms, hot tub, and fire pits. Also, having two kitchens, washers, dryers, and living areas gave everyone plenty of space to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

This property did not disappoint! Having 2 separate but connected houses allowed us to spread out. It also allowed us to have two refrigerators and freezers, which was helpful with extended family. It was very close to the lake and did not require hundreds of steps like other properties on Tim’s Ford. The paddle boards and kayaks are in excellent condition and the game rooms above the garages were definitely used and loved! Both units had Keurig coffee makers while unit A also had a 12 cup option. The units came well stocked with towels (both for bath and lake), coffee, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. They also had the basic essentials, including salt and pepper, sugar, and white vinegar. There are 2 fire pits and a large, very well maintained hot tub. We will definitely stay again!

The home was situated on a beautiful piece of property on the shoreline. We had so much to do at the house with 2 full game rooms and paddle boards and kayaks. On the cooler days it was wonderful to sit by a fire and enjoy the hot tub. Host answered all questions in a timely manner.
